  28. The senses are difficult to control, and when we attempt to control them, they snatch away our attention to sense objects, and easily we loose. And for a sincere practitioner this is quite humiliating.
    However, a sincere practitioner never looses his patience, he again tries to control his senses. This is like pulling a big rock to the top of a mountain and when that rock goes at the bottom of a hill, it is discouraging. However, going on and on is important and I think this is what Radhanath Swami is trying to explain to all of us through his thought provoking wisdom saying. Thank you Radhanath Swami.
