Very practical suggestion and instruction!
This sounds like the secret formula to look at sufferings and it is so practical. Often the suffering is intensified to a great extend because we identify that the sufferings of the body are our sufferings. This is because of our strong identification with body. But this wonderful formula from HH Radhanath Swami inspires us to realize that we are not the body and with this realization one can try to practice being detached from the sufferings of the body.
